In recent days there are few delay in 2 to 3 products for delivery.

I have been sending update emails regularly what is going on.

But still there are few complaints from few customers that i am delaying the delivery.

So thought to put a real case study how it works , why in some product it gets delayed etc.

so in future you know what could be the reasons and it helps to build more trust.

So before i show a case study here are points to be considered.

  1. I am just reseller, i dont have access to back end or code of the products. so it means i can simply create and delete accounts if any other errors i cant fix it.
  2. I can deliver product only when seller allows reseller to sale the product.
  3. If there are error in reseller panel they need to fix it before i can create accounts.
  4. They dont disclose delivery date of reseller panel during launch so i cant say exact date when reseller panel gets ready.
  5. Those who are with me since 5 years or few years they know it works but still sometimes its new for them that why xyz getting so much delayed.

Still there is long list of points but will try to keep this short.

So here is the case study of ADAComply V2 

Before i paste chat history here are some stats 

# First ticket opened with them on 20th may and resolution was provided on 18th jun. almost one month 

# even if you buy directly you would have to pay full money and deal with them to get it fixed and would have took so much time after sending so many emails etc with them, so you would have spend more money and lot of time.

# Now just imagine in 3 months there are  20 new products coming up and even if 5 customers needs support per product that comes to 100 tickets with seller i need to deal, now each seller takes atleast an average of 5 email communication before resolution it would take 500 emails to follow up and i also have to follow up with my customer to update them as they ask any update on this etc , so that comes to another 100 emails , so it comes to 600 emails min. this is minium number.

# After doing all this and for some product there is no resolution i refund buyers there money so they have no risk at all but i  am having full risk because many time they stop responding and dont even refund me. so after spending so much time i loose money at the end.

So there are like this 100’s of issues i have to deal but i try my best to deliver as soon as possible and refund whenever i fail to delivery due to all this issues. 

But still few buyer things my service is bad as its delayed for delivery but again i am just a reseller so everything depends on how professional seller is.  I try my best to provide best service since 5 years.
